Warzone leak reveals early Season 5 weapons

The World Series of Warzone event returns in 2022 with a whopping $600,000 prize pool. Do you think you have what it takes? Here’s how to sign up for your chance to take on the best of Warzone.

Competitive Warzone is back, with the World Series of Warzone tournament returning in 2022. There is $300,000 up for grabs in both the NA and EU regions, bringing the prize pool to a whopping $600,000.

This time, though, it’s not just streamers and pro gamers. During Reloaded Season 4, Activision will host open in-game qualifiers where anyone can participate for a chance to win their share of the impressive prize pool.

Here’s how to enter the $600,000 World Series of Warzone event, as well as the schedule, format and how to watch the finals.

How to enter the $600,000 World Series of Warzone tournament

The World Series of Warzone tournament is open to any player from the NA or EU regions, so you don’t have to be a streamer or pro gamer to participate in a shootout.

The In-Game Open will be on a dedicated Warzone playlist, and the top 40 teams from each region will face off in Qualifiers. The top 20 will then advance to the finals and go up against established pro players and streamers.

Here’s all you need to do to:

  1. Create an account or log in to GameBattles.com
  2. Register your Trios team in your region by August 15 at 6:00 PM PT / 9:00 PM ET / 2:00 AM BST (August 16)
  3. Enter the World Series of Warzone BR Trios playlist August 12th at 9:00am PT through August 15th at 9:00am PT
  4. If you are one of the top 40 EU or NA trios, you will advance in the qualifiers
  5. Here, the top 20 trios will advance to the finals alongside 20 invited teams and can compete for the $300,000 prize pool in their region.

World Series of Warzone schedule

World Series of Warzone 2022 schedule and format

2022 will see a World Series of Warzone tournament in both the EU and NA regions, each with a $300,000 prize pool. Additionally, SoloYolo returns where a player will take home an additional $100,000 if they manage to win solo.

Here are all the World Series of Warzone events and their dates:

  • World Series of Warzone Open Play (August 12-15)
  • EU qualification (August 20)
  • NA Qualifier (August 21)
  • EU and SoloYolo Finals (September 6)
  • NA and SoloYolo Finals (September 7)

The format is pretty much the same as other Warzone tournaments like CDL Resurgence, so here’s a breakdown of the scoring:

  • 1 Removal = 1 point
  • Placement multiplier
    • 1 = 2x points
    • 2-15 = 1.5x points
    • 16-40 = 1x points

How to watch the World Series of Warzone Finals

The World Series of Warzone Finals will be broadcast on Call of Duty’s Twitch channel, but since there are 20 guest player teams, you should be able to watch them play individually as well.

Even if you fail to qualify for the World Series of Warzone, you can use the Reloaded Season 4 Titanium Trials mode to earn new weapon camouflage and Terminator calling cards.
