Two-time GRAMMY-nominated Ghanaian musician Rocky Dawuni returns with his first brand new song since receiving a Best Global Album nomination for Voice of Bunbon Vol. 1 earlier this year at the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

Rocky and Blvk H3ro have now collaborated to create the global anthem ‘Neva Bow Down’, which will be released globally on September 22, 2022 by Aquarian Records.

The powerful new song blends elements of pop, dub and reggae for a contemporary take on ‘rebel music’.

By utilizing Jamaica’s strong culture of resilience, the spirit of the “Neva Bow Downcollaborative” brings together Africa and the Afro-Descent Diaspora.

With the speaker-driven production of producer Bob Riddim, Rocky and Blvk H3ro create a tapestry of songs with an unforgettable chorus.

This protest song serves as a call to action for people to stand up for what is right and true, reflecting on the current and hopeless state of world affairs and our ability as a species to alter the trajectory of human history.

Rocky Dawuni crosses the borders of Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas to produce his catchy Afro Roots sound, which combines elements of Reggae, Afrobeat, Highlife and Soul to bridge generations and cultural divides.

On a recent visit to the country, Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness even sang her praises, praising her song “It Nuh Easy” for its positive influence on the country’s youth.
